By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. 56 ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately and any funds held will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 56 ph and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offers. 2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 56 ph platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and for keeping that information current throughout the life of your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 56 ph immediately so that appropriate security measures can be applied. 56 ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login details.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 56 ph platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) using the payment channels made available to Filipino players, including GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers. You may only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in the return of funds and the suspension of your account. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements that may apply at the time of the request. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. 56 ph reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is large or where account activity has triggered a security review. 4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on the 56 ph platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer on the Promotions page. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates vary between promotions and must be read carefully before you opt in to any offer. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. 56 ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, and to void bonus winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of system errors, or breach of these terms. Players who are found to have opened multiple accounts in order to claim the same bonus more than once will have all associated accounts suspended and any bonus-related winnings forfeited. 5. Player Conduct

All players are expected to use the 56 ph platform in good faith and in a manner that does not interfere with the experience of other users or the integrity of the platform itself. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
  • Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the 56 ph platform without written authorisation.

56 ph monitors platform activity continuously and reserves the right to investigate any account where unusual patterns are detected. Players who are found to have breached this conduct policy will not be entitled to a refund of any deposits made prior to the suspension of their account.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Account Termination

Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to an active wagering requirement will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification. 56 ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. Where an account is closed by 56 ph due to a breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited, and the player will be notified of the reason for closure to the extent permitted by applicable law. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review, and players will be notified before any action is taken. 8. Liability and Disputes

56 ph provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect platform availability, and 56 ph will not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout — whether higher or lower than the correct amount — 56 ph reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly, with notice provided to the affected player. If you believe that a transaction, game result, or payout has been processed incorrectly, you should raise a dispute through the account support section within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review. 56 ph's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that player's account at the time the dispute arose.

9. Changes to These Terms

56 ph may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, applicable regulations, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details associated with their account, and the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
